1. Ticket Validity
This ticket admits one table or person to the Better Together Ballon the 2 August 2025 and time shown. Tickets are valid only for the named event and are not transferable unless authorised by the event organiser.
2. Ticket Purchase and Payment
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase to secure entry. Proceeds directly support RSL WA and Legacy WA. Refunds or ticket cancellations are required greater than 14 days prior to the event. Refunds or cancellations within this timeframe are subject to re-selling of the table andor ticket. Your event ticket is not classed as a donation, therefore a donation receipt will not be issued on purchase in accordance with the relevant taxlaws.
3. Admission Policy
Admission is subject to venue capacity, safety procedures, and compliance with all event rules. Attendees must present a valid ticket (physical or digital) for entry.
4. Age Restrictions
The Better Together Ball is 18+ only. Proof of age may be required at the entrance under venue requirements.
5. Ticket Resale and Transfer
Resale of tickets for commercial gain is prohibited. Unauthorised resale or reproduction of this ticket may result in refusal of entry or legal action. 6. Event Changes and Cancellations
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event’s schedule, location, or lineup. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, ticketholders will be notified, and refund/exchange options will be communicated.
7. Liability Waiver
Attendees assume all risks related to participating in the event. The organiser and venue are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or any other incident arising during attendance.
8. Photography and Media Consent
By entering the event, attendees grant the organiser permission to capture and use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.
9. Silent Auctions & Raffles
Participation in any silent auction, raffle, or fundraising activity is voluntary. All bids, entries, and donations are final and non-refundable. Auction winners must purchase and claim items the night of the event unless otherwise arranged.
10. Sponsorship Acknowledgments
By attending, guests acknowledge that sponsor branding and promotional material may be visible throughout the event. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement of any specific product or service by the organiser.
11. Guest Conduct
All attendees must behave respectfully toward staff and otherguests. The organiser reserves the right to remove anyone violating venue rules, engaging in illegal activity, or causing a disturbance—without refund.
12. Health & Safety Compliance
Attendees must follow any current health and safety guidelines, including those related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns, asrequired by the organiser, venue, or local authorities.
